Dr. Shelley Shearer attended the University of Kentucky for her undergraduate studies and then the University of Louisville for dental school.  Dr. Shearer has also volunteered for Ky Operation Bright Smile, the Ky State Fair Sealant program and as an externship instructor for the AHEC program.  She has served  as a Missionary  dentist in the Dominican Republic as well as an educator and off-site instructor for dental students at U of L School of Dentistry.  After practicing in Louisville for several years she moved to Northern Kentucky upon her marriage to Dr. Clay Shearer.   Dr. Clay Shearer is a Dermatologist at The Dermatology Center.  The couple enjoy spending time with their family,outdoor activities, running and working out.    Dr. Shearer  is a certified Spinning instructor at local fitness clubs in Northern Kentucky.

Dr. Pamela Walden attended the University of Louisville for dental school.  After practicing in Louisville for several years she moved to Northern Kentucky five years ago, with her husband, Dr. Eric Walden. Dr. Eric Walden is a dentist, specializing in Endodontics.  When Dr. Walden is not practicing dentistry she is spending time with her husband and two children.

Niky Taleff  is the Practice Coordinator.  Niky's years of experience in the dental and medical industry are a great value to our growing practice.  Niky coordinates the dental procedures as well as the insurance benefits and financial arragements for our patients.  Please allow her to help you with you dental questions and needs.

Kimberly Bradley -  I am the Scheduling Coordinator for our office.  Any questions or concerns you have reguarding your appointment and treatment will be directed to me.  The part I love about my job is getting know our patients personally.  I have had the great fortune to meet and help many wonderful people.  In my spare time I stay busy taking care of two beautiful girls and teach dance at Bradley-Christian Dance Academy.

Angie Yeary,DA  - I am a Registered Dental Assistant and have been working with Dr. Shearer since she opened her practice.  I am here to make your dental visit as pleasant as possbible.  As an RDA, I will help you understand your dental procedures and assist the doctors with planning and implementing your treatment plan.  In my spare time I enjoy taking care of my young daughter.

Amber Payne, RDH is our Kentucky Licensed Dental Hygienist.  She attended the University of Louisville  School of Dentistry Dental Hygiene progam and received numerous awards that include the prestigious Carol Reed Award.    Amber  takes great pride in preventative dentistry and treating periodontal disease.  Amber is originally from Northern KY and is a graduate of Ryle High School.

Alicia Hill, DA-  Alicia is a Certified Dental Assistant and has been in the dental field for over 16 years.  Alicia has a compassionate heart and enjoys helping as well as educating patients about their dental treatment needs and options.  Alicia maintains her continuing dental education because she takes pride in her career and wants to be able to provide the best explantation and treatment to our patients.

Tiffany Vollmer is our Dental Field Consultant.  She is employed by Sullivan-Schein Dental, a Henry Schein Company.  Tiffany has access to the newest dental technology products and materials.  She maintains her continuing education to ensure our staff is educated on the healthiest dental materials and products to be used on our patients. Tiffany and her husband Jeff live in Cincinnati, Ohio with their two sons.

Doug Ambach is our Certified Integration Engineer.  Doug is part owner of Pensara Computer Technologies, LLC.  He is in charge of integrating our dental software and our digital radiology  with each other and then onto your dental insurance claim.  This integration allows for smoother transactions between our office and your selected dental insurance company.

Don Carter has practiced in the dental field for thirty years. He services Northern Kentucky and Ohio with his company  Innovative Dental Concepts.  Don helps us select the best dental service and sterilization equipment  to maintain our office's high standard of care.
