Dr. Shelley Shearer attended the University of Kentucky for her undergraduate studies and then the University of Louisville for dental school.  Dr. Shearer has volunteered for Ky Operation Bright Smile, the Ky State Fair Sealant program and as an externship instructor for the AHEC program.  She has served  as a Missionary  dentist in the Dominican Republic as well as an educator and off-site instructor for dental students at U of L School of Dentistry. 

After practicing in Louisville for several years she moved to Northern Kentucky upon her marriage to Dr. Clay Shearer.  Dr. Clay Shearer is a Dermatologist at The Dermatology Center. The couple enjoy spending time with their family, outdoor activities, running and working out.  Dr. Shearer is also a certified Spinning instructor at local fitness clubs in Northern Kentucky. She blogs for www.Skinnymom.com which is a featured blog for The Cincinnati Enquirer.

Dr. Shearer has been nominated by her peers and Cincinnati Magazine as a Top Dentist and as Cincinnati's 100 Wise Women by the National Association of Professional Women.

Dr. Pamela Walden attended the University of Louisville for dental school.  After practicing in Louisville for several years she moved to Northern Kentucky five years ago, with her husband, Dr. Eric Walden. Dr. Eric Walden is a dentist, specializing in Endodontics.  When Dr. Walden is not practicing dentistry she is spending time with her husband and two children. 

Dr. Walden has been nominated by her peers and Cincinnati Magazine as a Top Dentist.

Shannon Thome, RDH is a registered dental hygienist.  Shannon graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry and practiced in Indiana prior to moving to Florence.  Prior to hygiene training, she was a dental assistant for several years with experience in fillings, crowns, bridges, TMJ disorders and sleep apnea appliances.  Shannon’s years of dental experience are of great value to the dental practice and our patients.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter & family, working out and contributes as an assistant cheerleader coach.

Mary Martini, RDH is a registered and licensed hygienist in Kentucky and Ohio.  Mary has had several years experience and is well known in the Northern Kentucky area for her gentle cleanings.  We are excited to have her join our expanding dental team and we look forward to you meeting her.  Mary has been the spokesperson for Vizilite and has been a mentor, coach and teacher to newly licensed hygienists.  Mary and her husband love boating, cooking and traveling.

Jessie Martin is our front office coordinator/billing manager.  She has several years experience at both dental offices and dental insurance companies. She is very knowledgeable of both sides and can work as an advocate for you to your insurance company. She will help you with any billing or insurance questions. She enjoys spending time with her husband & 3 kids going camping and hiking.

Angie Yeary,DA is a Registered Dental Assistant and has been working with Dr. Shearer since she opened her practice. She is here to make your dental visit as pleasant as possible.  As an RDA, she will help you understand your dental procedures and assist the doctors with planning and implementing your treatment plan.  In her spare time she enjoys taking care of her daughter and son.

Lish Hill, DA-  Lish is a Certified Dental Assistant and has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She has a compassionate heart and enjoys helping as well as educating patients about their dental treatment needs and options.  Lish maintains her continuing dental education because she takes pride in her career and wants to be able to provide the best explanation and treatment to our patients.

Jill Schuler is our Insurance Coordinator for Drs. Shearer and Walden, she is also the Technology Coordinator for the practice. She has a wide variety of dental experience and we are excited to have her join our dental team for our expansion. Jill will help coordinate your dental insurance coverage and your treatment to help serve your needs the best. Jill attended Purdue University in Indiana prior to entering the dental field. 

Suzie Mullins is our Appointment Coordinator. You will meet Suzie when you call to schedule your appointment and when you are first greeted at our office. Suzie also calls as a courtesy to verify your insurance benefits prior to your first appointment to our office. You will usually hear from Suzie the day after your appointment when she calls to check on you. Suzie is happily married and is the mother of twins.

Don Carter has practiced in the dental field for thirty years. He services Northern Kentucky and Ohio with his company  Innovative Dental Concepts.  Don helps us select the best dental service and sterilization equipment  to maintain our office's high standard of care.
